I'm the founder of RAD Behavior Services, a neurodivergent, school-based BCBA. I didn’t land in this field by accident. My path was shaped by personal experiences as a complex learner—someone with big behaviors, big emotions, and even bigger explosions. I remember what it felt like to sit at the IEP table and not quite fit the mold. I remember the disconnection, the overwhelm, and the few moments of real understanding that stuck with me.
Through my own experiences—and through years of formal education—I came to understand something vital: a diagnosis can offer insight, but it’s not the whole story. Learning to navigate the behavioral barriers in front of me is what made real change possible. That’s the heart of the work I do now.
At RAD Behavior Services, everything I offer is grounded in lived experience, evidence-based practice, and a deep respect for individuality. My approach is science-based, but always human-first—infused with collaboration, reflection, humor, and heart. I support families, educators, and professionals with care, curiosity, and a belief that growth is possible for every learner—and every adult supporting them.
I bring passion, a relentless drive to keep learning, and an all-in commitment to the people I serve. And if you’re a parent? I already know your kid has something special. Let’s work together to help the world see what makes them extraordinary.
