Family support sessions

Parenting is hard. Behavior support shouldn’t be.

Get practical, nonjudgmental professional support rooted in compassion, science, and real-life parenting.

Who This Is For:

Who This Is For:

Who This Is For:

You’re a parent or caregiver of a child who:

  • Has intense emotions or frequent meltdowns
  • Struggles with flexibility, transitions, or communication
  • Gets stuck in power struggles or rigid patterns
  • May be neurodivergent, highly sensitive, or just a big feeler
  • Has trouble expressing needs or regulating emotions

You’re doing everything you can—and still feeling stuck. If you’ve ever said, “Gentle parenting doesn’t work for non-gentle kids,” but deep down know you’re caught in a cycle, you’re not alone.

You’re not failing. You’re just missing the kind of support that meets you and your child where you are.

You don’t need another tip from Instagram. You need something that actually fits your child—and your family.

Together, we’ll uncover what’s really driving your child’s behavior and create sustainable strategies rooted in science, compassion, and your values.

What to Expect:

Each support plan is personalized and flexible—whether you want weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly sessions, or even a one-time consultation. It may include:

  • Collaborative behavior support via Zoom or phone (your choice of frequency)
  • Functional tools for behavior, routines, and communication
  • Scripts, visuals, and strategy plans tailored to your home
  • Email follow-up or between-session check-ins
  • Collaboration with schools/therapists (if requested)
  • IEP review and guidance navigating special education systems in public schools
  • Advocacy support for working collaboratively with school teams while also supporting your child at home

This is not therapy. This is not judgment. It’s a collaborative, empowering process designed to move you from overwhelm to clarity and bring calm to your home.

My Approach:

Who This Is For:

My Approach:

  My work is grounded in:

  • The science of human behavior (Applied Behavior Analysis) delivered in a compassionate, collaborative, and consent-based way
  • Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) to build psychological flexibility and values-driven responses
  • Trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming practices that center the child’s experience
  • Child-led, relationship-focused support rooted in dignity, connection, and emotional safety

We focus on building meaningful, sustainable skills—never blind compliance. I help you hold boundaries with compassion, respond rather than react, and make sense of the "why" behind your child’s behavior.

Together, we’ll work toward a home environment grounded in connection, calm, and clarity.

Practical strategies. Compassionate guidance. Parenting advice.
